Claudia Paradis, AMFT

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most meaningful and challenging transitions. I love working with couples at all stages of their journey—including those preparing for marriage, healing from betrayal trauma, facing addiction, navigating divorce, or blending families.

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and I am certified and trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients process trauma, strengthen emotional connections, and develop healthier patterns. I specialize in working with trauma, including betrayal trauma, and understand how deeply these experiences can impact trust, identity, and relationships.

As an immigrant who has lived in different parts of the United States, I bring a culturally sensitive and compassionate perspective to my work. I value the diverse stories, backgrounds, and strengths that each client brings into the therapy room. I offer services in both English and Spanish, creating a space where clients can feel fully seen, heard, and understood.

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where healing can take place, relationships can be rebuilt, and clients can move forward with clarity, resilience, and connection.
