Still Waters Therapy

At Still Waters Therapy, we believe that healing begins in a space of safety, reflection, and compassion. Founded by Natalie Frandsen, a licensed marriage and family therapist, our practice is built on the belief that still waters run deep, and so do you. We help you navigate relationship trauma, support spouses with mental illness, or carry the emotional weight of anxiety, grief, and disconnection. Every client is met with warmth, respect, and the belief that they already hold the strengths they need to heal. Sometimes, it just takes the right guide to find them.

As a therapist and a mother of five, Natalie brings more than clinical expertise, she brings lived experience. Raising a family has given her firsthand insight into the complexities of relationships, parenting, mental health, and identity. It allows her to connect with clients not just as a professional, but as someone who understands the emotional terrain they’re walking. Her office is a space where your story can be shared without judgment, and where both pain and joy are welcome.

Natalie is trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and she tailors each therapeutic approach to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re working through trauma, rebuilding connection, or learning emotional resilience, she is deeply committed to helping you build a life rooted in clarity, strength, and lasting peace.

You don’t have to walk this road alone. We’d be honored to walk beside you.
