Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, whether it’s a lack of motivation, stress from daily responsibilities, or deeper struggles like anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship wounds. My clients want a safe space to share their story—both the joy and the sadness—and to feel supported in their growth. Many are working through anxiety, depression, betrayal trauma, or the effects of emotional abuse and are looking to rediscover their strengths, build resilience, and create more peace in their lives. At Still Waters Therapy, I walk beside my clients as they uncover the depth within themselves that leads to healing and lasting change.

I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, IFS, ACT, and DBT, to help clients heal past wounds, manage emotions, and reconnect with their strengths. I use a strengths-based approach that is also compassionate and collaborative, honoring each person’s story while offering practical tools to create balance, resilience, and renewed hope.
